I found this really cool thing on the internet called Skype Laughter Chain where people record themselves using a webcam on Skype and submit it to skype. If they approve they get added to the Skype Laughter Chain. I haven’t tried it since I don’t have a web cam. But I have tried laughing and that I can recommend.
